At petMaxi, we are committed to energy efficiency, which means using energy wisely to minimize waste. Some of the measures we have in place include:

• Using variable speed drives in certain motors
• Using low-energy LED lights instead of conventional lighting
• Insulating all steam pipes and applying valve jackets to minimize heat losses at pipe bends and junctions
• Utilizing capacitor banks to reuse energy
• Installing translucent roof tiles to maximize natural sunlight
• Using a biomass steam boiler as an alternative to fossil fuels
• Regulating lighting with sensors
• By the end of the year, we will continue to explore solutions for even greater energy efficiency, such as installing self-consumption photovoltaic solar
• panels and implementing energy monitoring systems.

However, it's not just companies that can minimize their environmental impact! Each of us can make a difference with simple actions, such as:

• Turning off lights in rooms that are not in use
• Maximizing the use of natural daylight whenever possible
• Purchasing energy-efficient appliances with A*** energy rating
• Using low-energy light bulbs, especially LED bulbs.
