On Animal Day petMaxi marked the date with an initiative that reflects our commitment to animal welfare and education for a more conscious future.
As part of an initiative promoted by IACA – Portuguese Association of Animal Feed Manufacturers, we donated 750 kg of feed to ASPA – Scalabitana Animal Protection Association in Santarém reinforcing our support for the essential work that this institution carries out in protecting animals in vulnerable situations.
At the same time we participated in an awareness-raising activity at the Salgueiro Maia School Centre, involving 260 children. The activity highlighted the importance of nutrition welfare and the therapeutic and emotional role of animals.
We congratulate IACA on the initiative and commend all the companies in the sector that have also joined this cause.
