At petMaxi, we continuously seek innovative ways to strengthen our bonds and promote a harmonious and collaborative work environment. This year, we organized a team-building activity that will be remembered by everyone: our employees formed a band and performed an anthem dedicated to the company!
The Initiative
The idea emerged as a way to bring together employees from different departments, encouraging creativity and teamwork. Everyone contributed their talents, whether by playing an instrument, singing, or helping with the composition and arrangement of the anthem.
The Process
Formation of the Band: Employees were divided into two groups: singers and musicians. Rehearsal sessions were held where everyone could collaborate and learn from each other.
Composition of the Anthem: Together, we created lyrics that reflect petMaxi’s values and mission. The melody was crafted to be catchy and easy to sing.
Performance: We concluded the event with a live performance, where the band, now united, had the opportunity to showcase their work. It was an exciting moment, full of enthusiasm and team spirit.
