On this September 25th, National Sustainability Day, we share our 2024 Sustainability Report, a document that reflects our culture, our history, and the commitments we have made to building a more responsible future.
This is petMaxi’s first sustainability report and it is structured around four main pillars:
Economic Performance: providing context and the year’s key indicators.
Environmental Performance: assessing our energy matrix, carbon footprint calculation, materials, water and waste management, and our journey towards a circular economy.
Social Performance: highlighting investment in our people, talent retention, safety, ethics and compliance, and training programs.
Walking Towards Sustainability: a reflection on our materiality and the climate risks we face.
Above all, this report is an exercise in transparency. We want everyone (employees, partners, clients, and the community) to follow the impact we generate and the goals we have set for the future.
