It is with pride that we present the results of the surveys we conduct annually on the satisfaction of our customers. In 2022, we achieved a satisfaction rate of 91.8%, the highest score in recent years.
Through these surveys, we verify that we continue to achieve better results in every parameter evaluated.
This year, we also reached a record number of responses from our customers. Only with feedback is it possible to correct what needs to be improved and maintain what is successful, so we reinforce our gratitude to everyone who collaborated in responding to the surveys.
